Our work

From cracked soil to a child's breakfast cup.

We link restoration, production, aggregation and value addition, so that economic activity keeps climate adaptation going.

What we do

Four steps, each one feeding the next.

01

Identify

We find degraded land and the women farmers ready to restore it.

From a 4 hectare pilot in 2025 to 60 hectares across Kenya's arid and semi-arid lands today.

Restore

We restore the land with climate-smart farming.

Women farmers get seed, farm inputs and training in rippers, Zai pits and biochar.

Grow & Connect

Women grow, harvest and sell to a ready market.

We buy the harvest at our collection points: 70% goes to breweries, 30% becomes NutriPop.

Transform

We turn the harvest into nutritious food.

NutriPop, our instant porridge of sorghum and other nutrient-rich ingredients, feeds young children nearby.
